Our fabricating and assembly capabilities enable us to provide parts made-to-order or on a customer prescribed Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery schedule. Mild steel up to 0.750” thick, stainless steel up to 0.375” thick and aluminum up to 0.250” thick can be cut as well as many non-ferrous metals. Liftmaster and TKL material storage tower allow for improved material handling efficiency and unattended production. (Installed in 1999 and 2007) (1) TRUMPF TC-500 CNC Punching Center - “Y” travel of 60” “X” travel of 120”. Trumatool 70 holds 70 tools offline for automated set-up. (Installed in 2000) (1) TRUMPF TC-5000 CNC Punching Center - “Y” travel of 60” “X” travel of 120”. Trumatool 40 holds 40 tools offline for automated set-up. (Installed in 2004) (1) AMADA PEGA 367 CNC Fabrication Center -“Y” travel of 60” “X” travel of 72” (58 tools - includes 2 with auto-index) (1) AMADA PEGA 357 CNC Fabrication center - “Y” travel of 50”, “X” travel of 72” (58 tools - includes 2 with auto-index) (1) Amada shear (up to .250” thick x 122” long) (10) Press brakes (up to 220 tons x 156”) LVD, Amada, Cincinnati, Pullmax, and DiAcro, all with CNC backgauges. (2) Haeger auto-feed insertion presses (3) Single spindle drill presses and (1) FlexArm tapper for tapping, countersinking and other secondary operations (1) Bewo 10” cold saw (1) Scotchman 12” cold saw with auto-feed (2) Vertical milling machines (1 with Bausch and Lomb Digital Readout) |
